Role summary
Service Operations Technician 2 position supporting robotic systems maintenance and repair. Responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex electro-mechanical assemblies, performing functional testing, and documenting findings on swing shift in a manufacturing environment.

What you'll be doing
- Repair and test complex electro-mechanical assemblies using diagnostic software and specialized equipment
- Analyze technical drawings to troubleshoot and repair field replaceable units
- Conduct failure analysis, document findings, and communicate repair status to supervisors
- Perform quality inspections of work and initiate material requests as needed
- Report quality issues and maintain traceability records in SAP
