Role summary
Element Biosciences seeks a Service Operations Program Lead to manage operational systems, meeting cadences, and cross-functional programs supporting their Service & Support organization. The role oversees release readiness, demand portfolio management, and operational improvements as the company scales its product portfolio.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3-5+ years in service operations, program management, or commercial operations
- Hands-on Salesforce experience with cases, work orders, and service resources
- Experience with Jira or similar ticketing and project management systems
- Strong meeting and program management capabilities across multiple recurring cadences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences
- Experience supporting field service operations in life sciences or medical device instrumentation preferred
What you'll be doing
- Own global Service & Support operating cadence including sprint updates, syncs, and monthly meetings with agenda development and action tracking
- Manage release readiness and communications for system and process changes across SFDC and related platforms
- Execute end-to-end GSS Monthly process including agenda development, recording, and recap documentation
- Manage Service Operations demand intake and portfolio prioritization through Jira-COPM with triage and status reporting
- Partner with Business Systems to translate service requirements into system enhancements and coordinate UAT and adoption
