What you'll be doing

Install, maintain, and repair X-ray systems across the Midlands and wider UK regions
Diagnose and resolve complex system-level faults across multiple technology platforms
Perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting from home office to resolve issues remotely
Build relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure equipment uptime and customer satisfaction
Manage tools, spare parts, travel logistics, documentation, and support weekend/on-call shifts
