What you'll be doing

Coordinate daily Cambridge laboratory operations and serve as central point of contact for operational needs
Manage lab equipment lifecycle including installation, maintenance, service contracts, and downtime minimization
Develop and maintain inventory systems for consumables, reagents, and shared lab resources
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve lab efficiency and scientific productivity
Partner with EHS and site operations teams to ensure lab practices align with safety and regulatory requirements
