5+ years HRIS experience with at least 3 years supporting Workday Payroll
Deep expertise in Workday Payroll configuration, earnings, deductions, taxes, and pay components
Strong understanding of payroll compliance, regulatory requirements, and data governance
Experience with integrations, reporting, and process automation in HRIS environments
Knowledge of Time Tracking and Absence management functionality
Demonstrated ability to manage payroll operations in multiple jurisdictions

What you'll be doing

Configure and maintain Workday Payroll business processes, earnings, deductions, taxes, and payroll security
Troubleshoot transactional, calculation, and configuration issues affecting payroll processing accuracy
Design and implement payroll process improvements and automation solutions to enhance efficiency
Develop complex Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields supporting Payroll, HR, Finance, and Compliance
Support configuration and troubleshooting of payroll, benefits, and general ledger integrations with third-party systems
