Role summary
Senior Training Manager for AbbVie's oncology division responsible for developing and delivering educational programs to the nurse educator team. The role involves curriculum design, vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, and field support to ensure effective oncology training delivery.

- Manage training vendors and project management during content development and delivery
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Commercial teams on training strategy
- Design and facilitate training sessions at national sales meetings and field events
