Role summary
Stryker seeks an experienced Senior Technical Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise data solutions on Azure and Databricks. - Demonstrated expertise with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps
What you'll be doing
- Lead technical delivery of enterprise data platforms from design through production deployment
- Conduct technical discussions and design reviews with delivery partners and stakeholders
- Implement and oversee ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes, lakehouses, and BI integrations
- Mentor data engineers and analysts on engineering standards and best practices
- Ensure solutions meet architecture standards, security, compliance, and governance requirements
