- ASQ CQE, CQA, CSQP certification or Six Sigma/Lean certification preferred
What you'll be doing
- Lead team of Supplier Quality Engineers ensuring delivery of compliant components, materials, and services
- Develop and maintain monitoring systems tracking supplier performance, training, nonconformances, and improvement initiatives
- Direct cross-functional investigations and resolutions of supplier-related quality and compliance issues
- Manage corrective and preventive actions addressing nonconformances, supplier CAPA, and audit findings
- Ensure compliance with purchasing controls during internal and external audits and FDA inspections
