What you'll be doing

Monitor and document KPIs for audit, change control, and QMS objectives monthly
Guide operating groups and enterprise teams on audit and QMS process activities
Coordinate cross-functional teams for successful project execution and stakeholder collaboration
Lead internal and external audits, support self-inspections, and resolve audit findings
Drive automation projects and document process ownership aligned with QMS requirements

Compensation€27,600-€41,400 annually (Portugal); eligible for Medtronic Incentive Plan
