Role summary
Pall Corporation seeks a Senior Strategic Sourcing Agent to lead sourcing initiatives for approximately $100M in aerospace business spend. - Minimum 3 years of supply chain, procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management experience
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with proven performance results
- Domestic and/or global sourcing experience in large USA or multinational manufacturing
- Strong analytical capabilities with RFI, RFQ, and reverse auction tool proficiency
- Valid state-issued driver's license and ability to safely operate vehicles
- U.S. citizenship, legal permanent resident status, or export authorization eligibility
What you'll be doing
- Evaluate and optimize existing supply base for continuous improvement opportunities
- Design, lead, and implement multiyear contracts including RFQs, RFIs, and long-term agreements
- Support vendor transitions including outsourcing, insourcing, and vendor-to-vendor changes
- Maximize working capital improvements and deliver against cost reduction and margin enhancement metrics
- Partner with procurement and internal teams to align manufacturing site requirements with center-led strategy
