- Minimum 6 years manufacturing, process development, or product development experience
- Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing, statistical methods, validation, and verification
- Proficiency interpreting engineering drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
- Experience with structured problem-solving for manufacturing and design challenges
- Industrial laser welding, CNC equipment, and process characterisation experience preferred
- Green Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma certification preferred
What you'll be doing
- Lead engineering projects by defining technical objectives and driving successful outcomes
- Manage capital equipment acquisition including specification, supplier engagement, and validation
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes through testing, analysis, and experimentation
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to multidisciplinary project teams
- Support PFMEA, Control Plans, SOPs, PPAP, and process verification activities
Compensation€62,000 - €105,000 EUR annual
