- 2-4 years of learning coordination, facilitation, or LMS management experience
- Fluent written and oral English at C1 level
- Knowledge of GMP and ISO 13485 regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with learning technologies including LMS and ServiceNow
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with regulatory agency interactions (FDA, MoH, TUV) preferred
What you'll be doing
- Execute and coordinate training sessions, onboarding activities, and system implementations aligned with quality standards
- Facilitate learning content development and manage training documentation and procedures
- Support regulatory audits and inspections by providing training records and qualification evidence
- Manage training logistics, schedules, ServiceNow tickets, and troubleshoot system access issues
- Partner with stakeholders to assess training needs and drive process improvements and resolutions
