Role summary

- Deploy HR programs and operational processes across Israel entities with HR leadership
- Review existing HR practices and documentation to identify gaps and standardization opportunities
- Develop harmonized HR policies, procedures, templates, and employee-facing guidance materials
- Create change communications, manager toolkits, FAQs, and implementation tracking materials
