Role summary
Regeneron seeks a Senior Specialist to support clinical trial optimization across global development programs. The role focuses on feasibility assessment, enrollment planning, patient recruitment strategy, and data-driven operational improvements through analytics and cross-functional collaboration.

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Data Analytics, Business, Healthcare, or related field
- 5+ years relevant experience with Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with Master's degree
- 3+ years experience managing, analyzing, and reporting clinical or operational data using databases and systems
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with complex data sources
- 2+ years experience with Power BI, Power Query, data visualization, and analytical reporting tools
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Knowledge of clinical development processes, feasibility assessments, patient recruitment, and enrollment planning
What you'll be doing
- Support portfolio and study-level feasibility, enrollment planning, and patient recruitment strategy activities
- Serve as technical and functional liaison between GPTO team and Global Development stakeholders
- Perform data entry, transformation, analysis, and reporting to inform clinical development decisions
- Maintain and monitor GPTO metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and vendor performance reporting
- Develop scalable processes, tools, templates, and training materials for consistent team execution
