Demonstrated scripting/programming expertise with version control, design patterns, and clean code practices
Proven ability to independently deliver automation solutions and lead cross-functional technical workstreams
Strong scientific communication and requirements assessment skills with end-users and vendors

What you'll be doing

Design and develop SCADA-based solutions connecting laboratory equipment, workflows, and data pipelines
Assess scientific requirements and translate them into scalable, robust digital implementations
Own solution design and implementation across platform architecture, equipment modules, user interfaces, and orchestration logic
Lead integration of instruments, automation platforms, and data systems to enable end-to-end workflows
Mentor colleagues and establish laboratory SCADA development standards and best practices
