- Lead development and optimization of Kinaxis Rapid Response supply planning solutions
- Gather business requirements from IT and supply chain stakeholders for enhancements and deployments
- Design and deliver IT solutions aligned with best practices across people, process, technology, and data
- Monitor system performance and resolve tickets per SLA guidelines; conduct unit and integration testing
- Provide training to business stakeholders on new system capabilities
