What you'll be doing

  • Develop and optimize computational methods for variant calling, clustering, and sequence classification
  • Design and benchmark algorithms to improve accuracy, scalability, and interpretability of sequencing workflows
  • Build reproducible analytical code and support validation and benchmarking efforts
  • Collaborate with principal scientists and experimental teams to define analytical strategies
  • Partner with software engineers and data scientists to translate research requirements into computational solutions
