- Characterize physicochemical properties of active pharmaceutical ingredients, excipients, and drug products
- Lead cross-functional efforts on crystallization, polymorph screening, and salt selection studies
- Investigate drug-excipient compatibility and physical stability of amorphous dispersions
- Build and maintain scientific networks internally and with academic and regulatory partners
- Advance scientific excellence and compliance standards within Discovery, Manufacturing, and related divisions
