- Working knowledge of IVD product development, FDA clearance, and EU regulatory pathways
- Strong scientific writing and communication for protocols, manuscripts, and executive materials
- Clinical experience in neurology, psychiatry, geriatrics, or related specialty strongly preferred
What you'll be doing
- Shape scientific strategy and evidence plans guiding portfolio and technology roadmap decisions
- Lead flagship research programs end-to-end including academic partnerships and patient registry
- Design and chair advisory boards and leadership forums to inform strategic decision-making
- Build expert networks across academia and industry while evaluating external partnership opportunities
- Assess innovation and investments while implementing Danaher Business System practices
