Role summary
Medtronic seeks a Senior Sales Representative to manage pelvic health neuromodulation device sales across a Charleston, SC territory. The role involves developing strategic implanting centers, building referral networks, and serving as the primary account contact for customer needs and reimbursement support.
What they're looking for
- High school diploma plus 8+ years experience, OR associate's degree plus 6+ years, OR bachelor's degree plus 4+ years
- Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- Valid driver's license; ability to reside within territory and travel frequently to accounts
- Experience calling on physicians in neurology, urology, or colorectal surgery preferred
- Knowledge of reimbursement climate and business planning/territory financial analysis preferred
- Experience with implantable devices and operating room environments preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative selling skills
What you'll be doing
- Sell InterStim devices to physicians, institutions, payors, and medical staff across assigned territory
- Partner with implanting centers to develop accounts and grow physician practices
- Provide product, therapy technical support, and strategic consultation to accounts
- Develop and present marketing and business plans for territory growth with business partners
- Manage account-level reimbursement coordination and support activities
