- Lead introduction and execution of robotic hybrid bedside procedures across district territory
- Develop and execute market development programs including therapy awareness and RAS adoption initiatives
- Maintain weekly presence in robotic procedures to build expertise and strengthen surgeon relationships
- Achieve or exceed sales quotas while improving margin growth and conversion ratios
