Preferred: CRISPR and mammalian gene editing assay experience

What you'll be doing

Develop, execute, and automate arrayed and pooled mammalian cell gene editing assays
Design and perform low and high throughput plasmid cloning campaigns for DNA library construction
Execute plate-based assays, flow cytometry, and next-generation sequencing readouts
Analyze experimental data and communicate results to internal teams
Maintain accurate documentation of samples, assay data, and laboratory protocols
