What you'll be doing
- Develop and validate LC-MS/MS methods for ADME, pharmacokinetic, efficacy, and toxicokinetic studies
- Prepare and analyze diverse tissue samples, including tumors, from homogenization through bioanalysis
- Conduct in vitro DMPK assays using hepatocytes, microsomes, blood, and plasma
- Generate data analysis reports and maintain electronic laboratory notebooks
- Support laboratory operations including safety protocols, instrument maintenance, and troubleshooting
