Role summary
Medtronic seeks an experienced training specialist to develop and deliver education programs on robotic-assisted surgery technologies across Central and Eastern European markets. - Medical device experience with robotic-assisted surgery or equivalent capital equipment technologies
- Clinical and/or operating room experience
- Proven technical training experience with learning technology platforms and programming systems
- Fluency in English and Polish
- Strong problem-solving skills and professional work ethic
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of time
What you'll be doing
- Deliver technical education on robotic-assisted surgery systems, procedures, and beyond-product initiatives
- Support new hire training program progress and competency-based skills assessments
- Collaborate with medical education, marketing, and sales teams to design and improve training programs
- Create and deliver workshops and hands-on technical instruction via classroom, lab, or web-based formats
- Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities in robotic-assisted surgery space
