Role summary
Becton Dickinson seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams driving innovation and new product development within the Advanced Access Devices platform. - BS in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline
- 10+ years product development and design experience overall
- 3-5 years medical device product development experience (Class II devices)
- 5+ years project management experience
- Experience leading remediation and sustaining engineering projects
- Knowledge of medical device regulations and FDA submission processes
- Demonstrated commercialization or product remediation success

- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams on innovation and NPD initiatives within AAD platform
- Deliver projects on-time through predictable execution and transparent communication
- Develop integrated project plans identifying risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities

- Manage multiple work streams through phase-gate development process
