Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Business, or related field with 10+ years relevant experience
6+ years progressive project or program management in regulated industries
Experience with electromechanical medical devices, infusion systems, or safety-critical technologies
Knowledge of medical device development processes, systems engineering, design controls, and change management
Expertise in program planning, critical path management, risk mitigation, and financial management
Working knowledge of FDA QSR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and IEC 62304 standards
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred

What you'll be doing

Lead infusion pump programs through full lifecycle including development, software releases, and obsolescence initiatives
Own program scope, timelines, budgets, resources, quality, and risk management across initiation through closeout
Direct cross-functional teams and drive alignment across engineering, manufacturing, regulatory, and commercial functions
Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, and cybersecurity risks
Communicate program status, milestones, and recovery plans to senior leadership and secure resources without direct authority
