Role summary
Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Product Management Engineer for its Sterilmed reprocessing division in Plymouth, Minnesota. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities
What you'll be doing
- Manage multifunctional teams through new product development from production readiness to market launch
- Plan validation strategies and oversee Master Validation Plan for new product introductions
- Develop and validate manufacturing processes and test methods for reprocessed devices
- Assess and implement new technologies to improve product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and regulatory compliance
- Author and maintain engineering documentation including work instructions and validation reports
