- Design and execute experiments to develop and optimize Lentiviral Vector upstream processes for suspension cell cultures
- Execute bioreactor operations across seed, production, and harvest; support scale-up from bench to clinical scales
- Develop Design of Experiments studies, identify critical process parameters, and analyze data for control strategies
- Prepare technical transfer packages and support transfers to GMP sites and external CDMOs
- Track key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement using Lean practices
Compensation$112,304.00 - $168,456.00 annual base pay
