What you'll be doing

Provide day-to-day technical and on-the-floor support for cell therapy manufacturing campaigns and critical operations
Lead or co-lead deviation investigations and root cause analyses; develop and implement corrective and preventive actions
Perform batch record reviews, data trending, and process performance monitoring to ensure manufacturing robustness
Support technology transfer activities including risk assessments, engineering runs, process validation, and comparability studies
Author technical documentation including batch records, standard operating procedures, protocols, and regulatory responses
