- Develop improvement strategies aligned with site priorities and long-term business objectives
- Troubleshoot and optimize automated equipment to improve throughput, uptime, and repeatability
- Lead digital transformation initiatives through automation, data integration, and Industry 4.0 advancement
- Author, execute, and report validation activities; lead NCR/CAPA investigations and corrective actions
