- Strong integrity and ability to assess business risk and legal issues
What you'll be doing
- Prepare and prosecute patent applications globally, including drafting, filing, and managing office action responses
- Provide strategic IP counseling to multiple functional areas and business stakeholders
- Develop and implement IP strategies to protect innovations and support business goals
- Conduct freedom-to-operate analyses and provide guidance on patentability and infringement
- Support business development due diligence by evaluating IP portfolios of potential partners and acquisition targets
