Role summary

- 5+ years pharmaceutical packaging experience with commercial manufacturing exposure
- Hands-on GMP manufacturing environment experience including deviation and root cause analysis
- Knowledge of glass, polymers, adhesives, inks, varnishes, and paper materials
- Problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Leadership or mentoring experience preferred
What you'll be doing
- Provide on-the-floor technical support and real-time troubleshooting for packaging operations
- Investigate deviations and non-conformances with root cause analysis and CAPA implementation
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance line efficiency and reduce downtime
- Evaluate and qualify packaging materials; manage material changes and supplier issues
- Develop test protocols and technical assessments for process and material changes
