Role summary

Abbott seeks a Senior MES Developer to design, develop, and maintain Manufacturing Execution System solutions supporting regulated medical device manufacturing across global facilities. Demonstrated expertise designing and implementing REST APIs, SOAP web services, and enterprise integrations
Strong knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases with performance tuning skills
Experience with manufacturing equipment integration, PLC communications, OPC technologies, and industrial automation

What you'll be doing

Design, develop, and maintain MES applications supporting manufacturing operations, traceability, and regulatory compliance for medical devices
Configure and support Rockwell FactoryTalk ProductionCentre applications and related MES technologies
Develop and maintain integrations between MES platforms, SAP ERP, SAP MII, LIMS, PLM, and other enterprise systems
Design database solutions and create stored procedures, views, and reporting solutions for manufacturing data
Troubleshoot production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure compliance with FDA regulations and CSV standards
