What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain scientific relationships with hematology and cell therapy thought leaders across assigned territory
- Provide medical and scientific education to cell therapy provider teams on disease state, CAR-T mechanisms, safety, and clinical management
- Support cell therapy infusion center implementation by assisting healthcare providers navigate complexity and stakeholder coordination
- Gather site-level insights from physician leadership and multiple HCP segments to inform medical affairs strategy
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Commercial, and R&D stakeholders and represent at scientific congresses and meetings
