What you'll be doing

Develop and manage adoption strategies, onboarding, office hours, training, and user support across the marketing technology portfolio
Own portfolio communications and knowledge management including feature releases, user guides, training resources, and SharePoint repositories
Coordinate user-access governance, access reviews, audit readiness, policy exceptions, and compliance requirements with cross-functional partners
Manage operational accountability across initiatives using Danaher Business System tools and continuous improvement methods
Lead localization governance and operations for Asia-Pacific and Latin America, including site migrations and translation workflows
