Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Lead technical development activities for new or improved vascular device products and manufacturing processes

- Monitor equipment and machines to address non-conforming products, yields, and quality issues
- Collaborate with quality and R&D teams to integrate next-generation products into manufacturing operations
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in validation activities including protocol development and reporting
