Role summary
Integra LifeSciences seeks a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end production of a tissue technology medical device value stream. The role oversees manufacturing operations, quality compliance, team management, and continuous improvement initiatives while reporting to the Plant Manager.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field plus 8+ years team leadership experience
- Master's degree with 5+ years team leadership or equivalent management experience
- Strong written and oral English communication skills
- Financial acumen in operations P&L management
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and EU MDR compliance
- Familiarity with lean six-sigma methodologies and continuous improvement tools
What you'll be doing
- Oversee safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs across the tissue technology value stream platform
- Manage and develop team of technicians, operators, managers, supervisors, and process engineers
- Lead engineering validations, process improvements, and manufacturing compliance initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams on yield optimization, cycle time reduction, and cost management
- Develop budgets and ensure financial targets align with bill of materials and process instructions
