- Execute operational priorities for Enterprise Planning and Collaboration Platforms ensuring day-to-day administration and platform reliability
- Own business-side platform operations, partnering with Digital & Technology on system administration, access management, and incident resolution
- Manage access approvals, user onboarding, operational support, issue intake, and request tracking processes
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing activities for system enhancements and releases with stakeholder engagement
- Establish operational standards, service processes, governance documentation, and knowledge articles for compliance and consistent platform use
