Production-scale Azure experience including provisioning, scaling, security, and cost management
24/7 monitoring, alerting, and on-call operations experience for high-availability consumer platforms
Infrastructure-as-code proficiency and SRE principles knowledge (SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, incident management)

What you'll be doing

Lead, mentor, and develop a platform, DevOps, and SRE engineering team operating a 24/7 consumer health platform
Design, provision, and evolve Lingo's Azure cloud infrastructure to support globally distributed biosensor data operations
Establish cloud architecture standards, guardrails, and best practices including infrastructure-as-code and cost optimization
Build and maintain comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and incident response capabilities with rapid detection and resolution
Lead CI/CD pipeline infrastructure, deployment automation, and observability implementation across engineering teams
