Design and deliver advanced analytics solutions including predictive modeling, attrition risk assessment, and talent pipeline evaluation
Lead team adoption of people analytics tools and insights through change management and stakeholder engagement
Create executive-ready dashboards and reports in Power BI that inform strategic HR and business decisions
Lead, coach, and develop team of people analytics professionals while building data literacy across HR function
