- Strong data analytics and financial acumen for KPI management and business planning
What you'll be doing
- Own end-to-end performance of outbound operations including retrieval, verification, discards, shipping, and logistics
- Develop and execute 12–24 month value stream strategy aligned with customer demand and business objectives
- Lead daily management, standard work development, and continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and improve flow
- Manage outbound value stream KPIs including quality, delivery, productivity, turnaround time, and cost performance
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, leads, and frontline employees while supporting hiring and succession planning
