What you'll be doing
- Lead and develop team of five or more executing quality records, change controls, and investigations
- Provide strategic oversight of complex CAPA and change-control projects with cross-functional leadership
- Conduct major deviation investigations to determine root cause and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor quality-event performance metrics and trends to identify risks and allocate resources
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant closure of quality records and inspection readiness
