Lead transformation efforts using Structured Problem Solving and Value Stream Mapping methodologies
Charter and facilitate kaizen events to drive sustainable shop floor improvements
Deliver training on Lean and Continuous Improvement tools to manufacturing teams
Drive targeted improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity metrics
