Role summary
Senior Manager of International Commercial FP&A reports to the Senior Director of Finance, International and provides financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic support for the consolidated international P&L. The role oversees one to two financial analysts and collaborates across global teams to drive performance and resource allocation.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 7-10 years of finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, or budgeting experience
- Advanced Excel skills and proven financial modeling capability
- Strong detail orientation and interpersonal communication abilities
- Experience with multidimensional databases such as Hyperion, OneStream, BPC, or TM1 preferred
- MBA preferred; CPA a plus
What you'll be doing
- Ensure completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of international financial forecasts
- Provide analytics and dynamic reporting on trends, insights, pricing, volume, and margins across international business
- Collaborate with global FP&A and commercial teams to enhance financial planning and reporting processes
- Lead budget, strategic planning, and forecast consolidation and analysis for international division
- Drive margin improvements, manage EBITDA, and develop high-performing direct reports
