Role summary
Azenta seeks a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end inbound biorepository operations including receiving, manifesting, registration, and automation. The role drives operational excellence, business performance, and team development across the inbound value stream while partnering with cross-functional teams.

- Strong leadership capability in hiring, development, and workforce management
- Experience with regulated environments and quality/compliance requirements

What you'll be doing
- Own end-to-end performance of Receiving, Manifesting, Registration, Gravimetric, and Automation operations
- Drive Daily Management, Standard Work, and continuous improvement initiatives across inbound value stream
- Establish priorities and operating plans aligned with customer demand, capacity, and business objectives
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline teams while building accountability culture
- Partner with Finance, Quality, Logistics, and other functions to execute strategic and financial objectives
