Role summary

- Proven ability to manage vendor performance and drive accountability through metrics and SLAs
- Hands-on experience deploying automation and process optimization to enhance ERP reliability and scalability
- ITIL 4 Managing Professional or Strategist certification preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and strategic systems-level thinking with ability to influence across functions
What you'll be doing
- Oversee day-to-day ERP operations ensuring high availability, stability, and performance across SAP platforms
- Lead proactive monitoring, incident management, and problem resolution to minimize system downtime
- Partner with security and compliance teams to maintain adherence to SOX, GDPR, and GxP standards
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve system resilience and user experience
- Lead and develop high-performing run team across global locations, collaborating with solution and infrastructure teams
