What you'll be doing
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, policies, procedures, and training to ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage Process Safety Management (PSM) elements for the Cogeneration Plant per OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119
- Support Process Hazard Analyses, HAZOP studies, and Management of Change processes for facility modifications
- Conduct investigations of industrial accidents and injuries to prevent recurrence
- Mentor EHS team members and partner with operational teams to build and sustain safety culture
