What you'll be doing

Lead, coach and develop analytical reporting programming and technical specialist teams with clear goals and inclusive culture
Own capacity planning, prioritization and delivery governance while balancing urgent study needs with scalable solutions
Ensure timely delivery of patient profiles, clinical dashboards, safety metrics, and data-quality indicators
Partner with cross-functional leaders to define priorities and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulations and data-integrity requirements
Establish service, quality and adoption metrics; drive continuous improvement and performance management
