Manage all CRM platform administration including user management, security, workflows, and environment governance
Design and implement CRM integration solutions connecting Veeva with MDM, ERP, and AI/ML services
Lead, develop, and mentor globally distributed teams of CRM developers, administrators, and AI specialists
