What you'll be doing
- Design and execute risk-based compliance monitoring program aligned with annual plan
- Conduct targeted reviews of HCP engagements, speaker programs, medical affairs, and field force activities
- Lead advanced compliance analytics, develop automated monitoring procedures and executive dashboards
- Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and emerging compliance risks across the organization
- Prepare monitoring reports with findings and recommendations; partner on corrective action development
